Good food available, though more bao choices would be great. Ordered the red wine beef and the tankatsu, both were great! Staff was really nice too. Little pricey but two filled me up for lunch. Have had the kimchi pork fries in the past (not pictured), would recommend those as well.

So good: the meat is so tender, the sauce is delicious, the rice is nice and fluffy. 10 only!! Lots of meat (not just 2 pieces on a big pile of rice). Definitely recommend (y)
This is cool to try, I love the black buns and the idea of this whole place in general but unfortunately I found the meat to be really dry and chewy. The flavour was a little off and I wasn’t really impressed. I asked the cashier to give me their two popular toppings and I was just disappointed.
Very nice place! Wonderful atmosphere. Lots of seating. Really roomy and cozy. The cashier was extremely friendly and welcoming. A little on the pricier side but reasonable due to location and convenience on UBC campus. My friend said her bowl was really good. The chicken was well cooked but her only critique is that it was a little soggy near the end. Portion size is pretty good and quite filling. I got the two worlds collide bao and the pork belly was incredible! Would come here again!
I love this place! And it’s love at first sight for sure :))) As you enter, the positive vibe of the restaurant attracts you. Two sides of the restaurant walls are in glass, so you have a perfect view! And the food, just amazing! The portion was good, the taste was good...
