I had the pleasure of working with the wonder staff at Banner Carpets for a renovation to my home with my designer. I choose hardwood flooring for my main living space and carpet for the bedrooms. I had previously looked at some retail stores and couldn't find anything I liked. The selection here was so much larger and saw products I have never seen in other stores. Staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. They really focused on helping me pick the correct product for the job and not just trying to 'make a sale'. The installer was great and accommodating and did a fantastic job. Overall I couldn't be happier with my experience and look forward to buying some area rugs to complete my renovations.
We hired this company to install cork floors in our major renovation and addition. They did a terrible job. The adhesive didn't stick properly even on the brand new subfloors and tiles kept popping up everywhere. They weren't installed straight, and there are strange gaps between crooked tiles. They came back repeatedly to fix things, but in one spot they put so much adhesive that it sealed the tile in place in a lifted position. To this day, people ask us what is the deal with the floors. Our house has been published in two magazines– they just try not to include the flooring from Banner in the pictures.
