I have been dealing with estate matters and this company is the absolutely most difficult, bureaucratic and uncommunicative organization I have ever encountered hands-down. I would advise anyone investing or thinking of investing to insure their shares are not held by this company.

Probably the worst transfer agent out there. Takes way to long to process basic requests. Staff over phone are clueless. Unfortunately I steer away from them and go to computershare instead.
