I ordered a custom AC panel and from first contact to final product, the people I interacted were professional and efficient. I have never ordered an AC panel before, upon emailing sales they let me know right away the information I needed to provide and quickly gave a quote. You can tell they did this all the time! They also recommended an orientation for the hose fitting to ensure it didn't pop out - I really appreciated that. *To anyone ordering an AC panel for the first time* We made our measurements too tight, which we thought would be a good thing, but it was not!! The notches are rounded, so we didn't take into account the square edges of our handles and how the rounded edge would fit around that. We also have a bulk head where our blinds are, which meant installation was trickier than we thought! We needed more clearance at the top. We took it back and they made the changes within a day at no charge, and maintained professional customer service. Now we have a perfect fitting panel and are very happy! They know what they're doing - first-time buyers also need to think about installation and give some room with measurements. We learned the hard way. Highly recommend!
