I very recently appeared for my PMP exam here. Great facility and a wonderful staff - very thorough with their protocols and super friendly! Measures taken for COVID prevention are up to the mark as well. Highly recommended

In one sentence: The people working in this exam centre ARE the BEST. Why the best? Because of their professionalism when they receive you, their politeness in communicating what you can and what you can't do, and their earth-wide smile at the end with their sincere intentions. I've been there for three exams as a part of my professional degree. Without a hitch, each time they call me by my first name (before even presenting a piece of ID); prepare the same exam spot for me, and keep a close eye in case any glitch happens or any need arises! My gratitude goes to all the staff of Ashton Testing Services among whom two EXCEPTIONAL ladies stand out: Bella and Jiby. Of course, this is more responsibility than praise! But I had to write this review to say: Thank you! Please do keep the good work. The key word in the last sentence is \work!\ Thanks, again!

A very professional center and amazing staff. I wrote my PMI exam last month, they were fully booked in Dec so I called to find out if they had any spots available, the staff were polite and informed me that they were fully booked. To my surprise Director Sunny called me the same day to inquire about my situation, I told him that I was desperate to write the exam before Dec 31st as I needed this done for work. He was very considerate and said he will look into see if he can open additional dates due to high demand for PMI but made no promises. AMAZING he called the next day to inform that he had made special arrangements with Pearson to open a session on a Saturday. I couldn't believe it , he was so generous with his time and was on the phone with me till I completed my booking. I wrote my exam, their check in process was smooth and efficient the place was so clean. Definitely they are the best center in Vancouver. I called Sunny and thanked him for his efforts his comment was \we want to be part of your success\ A BIG THANK YOU , but be prepared for some tight security they are very strict Awesome

Amazing service and extremely helpful staff, especially Bella and Katrina. THANK YOU ladies for your excellent care and service that made us feel so relaxed and comfortable taking the exam. So, my mom had Medical exam here today, so I went with her since her English speaking skill is not completely at a fluent level. I shared her concerns and nervousness about the fact that this is her first time taking an important English test especially computer based... and ask Bella and Katrina to help her. They went above and beyond care by making sure that she understand everything and feels stress-free, thus, ready to take her exam. My mom was extremely happy and relaxed the entire time for the exam knowing that if there was a technical issue for questions or if she didnt understand the exam tutorial etc, they take care of her... I def recommend this place for taking your exams. Good luck to everyone who read this review and taking exam here.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I had my exam booked over a month in advance, booked the day off work plus paid over 1000 in exam fees. When I showed up on exam day, they told me they would not allow me to use the digital copy of the code books. My educational administrator has ALWAYS allowed the use of digital codes, and when I called them, they were very confused as to why Ashton would not allow this. My exam instructional sheet that we BOTH SIGNED at the time of booking even says that the students may choose whether they use the hard copy or the electronic version! For them to call me on the morning of my exam, when I’ve already driven all the way downtown and paid 20 for parking, and tell me I could not use my code was absolutely evil! I couldn’t believe it.... Update: They did eventually cave and allowed me to write my exams as scheduled, but it wasn’t an easy battle to win. I was literally sitting in my car bawling my eyes out when they called me back and said they spoke to my administrator and would let it slide this one time (after so adamantly saying there was no way they could let me!) Not a good way for me to begin an 8hr long exam, and it probably cost me at least a couple percentage points.
