I recently had a bone graft and implant done by Dr. Gill. I did some research first and talked to a few other dentists as it is costly . The initial consult for the quote from Apple was free . I confirmed he was up on the latest technology first before deciding to go with Dr. Gill. His price was also less then several of the others who did not include all the steps he included but had them as extra if needed. It took close to a year from start to finish . I found him to be patient and careful to make sure things were done right the first time . He also explained each step as it was done . He even saw me a few extra times ( ie when I had concerns that the stitches had come out, but they had not ). It was done as per the time schedule he outlined initially and on budget with no surprises . I am happy with the cost and result.

I work closely with Dr. Trevor Treasure and know him to be an excellent oral surgeon. I also rode with Dr. Trevor Treasure in the 2018 BC Ride to Conquer Cancer. He is dedicated to raising money to support oral cancer research. Also, Apple Dental Implant Centre is a generous supporter of oral cancer research. I think Dr. Treasure is fantastic and the entire team at Apple Dental Implant Centre are wonderful.

This place is a horror house, BEWARE!!! Having seen their add on the internet, I called this place and booked an hour consultation session for an implant. The dentist I saw (Dr. Gill) did not meet any of the standards a professional fellow at his age should have. First of all he was very impolite in the way he spoke. Second of all he had a WRONG diagnosis by telling me that somehow my wisdom tooth was infected in the root and my molar tooth toot was (I quote) “ filled with puss” and that I needed to extract both of them. Which would put me on the need of not just one implant for a missing tooth but at least two implants and two extractions!! At the end I paid 100 for the CT and they gave me a two page quotation with a total of 8,900. And when I asked for a copy of the CT scan they sat me waiting for longer than 20 minutes to write it on the CD. Thank goodness I was smart enough to ask for a second opinion before extracting my healthy looking teeth, and I booked an appointment with another dental office for the week after. I took the CD to avoid the extra radiation as well as the charge only to find that the CD was totally blank, so I ended up redoing it and to my great surprise my dentist saw no signs of infection after two X-rays and on CT. I was obviously so angry so I called and I asked for an explanation from Apple Dental Centre, but all I got in response was a bunch of none-sense, and no apologies. Also please note that they do not provide any choices in implants they use and there are several brands with of implants in the market with different qualities. When I had my implant done at the second office I was given a choice of different types and brands of implants at different prices and the highest quality implant offered at the price of the Apple Dental! I wish I has never come across their add.

Very professional and efficient. Great follow up service. Removal of one tooth and one implant post put in, only took one hour. Very impressed with their patient care.
