I was having a very tough time searching for the matching tile of my existing kitchen backsplash. Over the phone, Curt was able to find something from their product line that was very close but we couldn’t be sure unless we get our eyes on it. We live pretty far from their showroom but Curt happens to live close by. He offered to take the tile samples home for me to meet him after store hours to go over the samples. I truly appreciate Curt going above and beyond. Thank you again Curt!
