I've recently switched to Alsco Uniform and Linen and wanted to give them props for their great service. Our driver is really professional and always has a smile on his face. Rod goes out of his way to ensure that we have the uniforms and linens needed before a busy weekend. When I contact their office for anything - i get it right away. I wish all my restaurant services were this easy.

We are new to using Alsco. We were previously with a large linen company that would not return phone calls, emails, or engage in any correspondence; whose bills were erroneous and often over-charged us AND didn't deliver anything close to what we ordered; who were rude; and who's quality standards dipped well below anything I think is acceptable. We switched to Alsco and made our values and requests clear, and have been met with nothing but upfront, honest, and consistent communication; with thoughtfulness and a willingness to correct any (small) errors; and with steps to go above and beyond what they are contracted to do for us. They have simply been a cut above. Reading the 1 star reviews, I'm actually confused as to how it's possible we are working with the same people. Our rep is Kathy. Their customer service and communication from drivers to reps and regional management has been efficient and responsive. We are early on in the agreement, but we hope that this level of involvement holds up. And we are pleased that our contract clearly outlines that retention is based on Alsco providing service in line with what they agreed to - it feels very equitable in that regard. At this point in our service agreement I would have no problem recommending Alsco.
Bad bad bad service I haven't seen. Overcharge, hidden fee etc
This place leaves a lot to be desired. Virtually every week there is a problem with our order. Their delivery drivers are super pleasant but rarely know what is going on. Their invoices are poorly itemised so it's hard to follow up with what they have or haven't delivered. It's probably just best to save yourself the bother and go with another company.
The friendly drivers are the best part about this company. Unfortunately the billing department service isn't as great. Beware of over and erroneous charges that can take several phone calls to resolve. My office has been randomly charged for batteries although we only have linens & floor mats cleaned. There are also unannounced increases in prices and minimum charges regardless of the inventory submitted. Can't wait to get out of this contract.
