I was sorry to read Marie’s review. I’ve been using Alpine for a while on the recommendation of a good friend. I use both the Neurofeedback and counselling services. I’ve seen 5 different technicians and Avrum. Every single person I have dealt with, including all the staff and the Director have been phenomenal. Professional. Kind. Compassionate. Non judgemental. I feel safe. I feel cared for and respected at all times. They take the COVID safety protocols seriously and are extremely accommodating. I appreciate the online booking system as well. However, hands down all the staff (Julia and Laura in particular) have been there for me not just through the treatment, but whenever needed. Can’t say enough good things about Alpine. Marie. Please give them a try. So worthwhile. Thank you to everyone at Alpine!!!

I'd heard of Neurofeedback from a couple sources over the last year but then someone really close to me went here to try it. After seeing such positive results for them I decided to try it myself. The staff is absolutely amazing. Positive, helpful, supportive, friendly. And the Neurofeedback is totally worth it. It's hard to spend money on your own wellness sometimes but this makes everything better. After the first session I felt better for almost 24 hours. Then I felt the familiar surge of anxiety come back and slid back into the dark place I've been for many years. After each treatment the negative feelings went away, and are now staying away. I sleep better, I'm not feeling depression, the constant anxiety is gone, my thoughts don't spiral. I'm only 7 sessions in but there's no way I'll turn back now. The only other thing that has helped me like this was 2 weeks in the peruvian jungle on an ayahuasca retreat. I'd try this first though ;)

Although I cannot speak to the quality of services offered here, I noticed their staff is comprised majorly of white people and their clinic makes no comment on the effect of any social issues that other counselling clinics make evident. I do think this is useful information, especially for minorities who take these issues seriously, and who want to explore their options.

I was sorry to read Rob's review. Though I appreciate him, a white male, educating all of us about the great services offered at Alpine Clinic, I feel he misses Marie's point.

I went to Alpine specifically to try the neurofeedback. I admit, I was skeptical and thought likely just a money grab. Let me tell you how wrong I was!! I think it was after my 2nd or 3rd treatment, I had energy and purged a whole closet!!! Emotionally when I started neurofeedback, I was a mess. I had been in the same coping skills and behaviors for years. Now I set boundaries and friends have commented that I have more confidence, have a backbone and carry myself different..in a good way. You are worth the investment to get yourself well!! The staff at Alpine are all amazing!! I have seen Cara and Britannia and followed closely by Laura to ensure my treatments were at the right level for me. Long review I know, but honestly I cant say enough. This place feels safe and calm. I'm instantly relaxed when I arrive. My sessions are almost done, but I will likely carry on for \tune-ups\. Thank you Alpine for helping me find my way back to myself!! I am forever grateful
