I took two courses with them recently. Both courses were a lot of fun and the instructors were great. I definitely recommend them for certification/recertification.

Our instructor Brandon was not only hilarious and fun but also serious in ensuring we learned what we need to know. Our hands on learning was a blast where even our inputs were heard and taken seriously. I am so happy with my re-cert training!

Really great course. I enjoyed it a lot more than previous first aid classes i had attended! Brandon was a really good instructor and i will be absolutely recommending him to any friends or family i know needing to get certified.

Well paced course with excellent instruction. I recertified my OFA2 and Brandon was very thorough with regards to industry changes and COVID-19 updates. I will definitely be recommending Alert First Aid to colleagues and friends. Thanks again.

I firstly was double charged for my Occupational First Aid Level 1 course which was remediated after I caught it on my credit card bill. The trainer was massively disorganized and the class seemed to spend a good chunk of time staring at each other waiting for further instruction. The trainer also asked a candidate from the class to leave after they simply asked if they could stay in a group with their colleagues. This felt very uncalled for. I'll not be training with Alert First-Aid in future.

Awesome course! The teacher is very nice and funny. It’s very helpful for us when we are facing some emergencies! Hope I could learn it earlier.

Our instructor was new but did a great job. Informative, funny, and practical. He kept us going without feeling like a hardship on a Saturday. Thanks Mat!
