I first used Action to serve my Ex years ago. Having a great experience with them, I needed to serve my ex again recently. I am so impressed with their level of service, as they are; Very friendly and professional, Super easy to start the process, Affordable, and very quick to serve! I hope I don't have to go through this again, but if I do, they will be the ones I will call without hesitation! Highly Recommend!

I've been using the services of Action Process Serving for over 20 years (I remember the early years when Rod used to hand deliver a bottle of wine and box of chocolates to me every year at Xmas!) and hands down they are the best process serving service I've ever used. Always fast, efficient and professional! Yesterday, Avtar served a party (one we expected was going to be difficult) within 3 hours of me submitting the request for service. I was amazed! I have never once had a negative experience with Action or any of its process servers in all the years I've been using them! I've changed firms over the years and always bring Action with me!
The first two individuals I dealt with at Action Process serving were helpful and courteous. Today was a different story. I picked up an affidavit and the individual near the front desk was curt and rude. With so many process servers in Vancouver offering competitive prices, I would recommend going elsewhere for friendlier service.
The man I spoke with on the phone was very courteous and clearly very smart. He was able to help me and when he didn't know the answer to a question I had, he went above and beyond what I would anticipate for normal customer service. I am very impressed.
Action Processing is incredibly professional and friendly. It was my first experience serving documents (small claims hearing) and I knew it would be difficult and time consuming if we did it ourselves so I hired Action Processing to do it on behalf of my company. They executed the service within a few days and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Action Process Serving!
