If you need your data recovered, this is the place you want to go! I never do reviews but I’m too impressed with Aceon not to gush, and here's why... 1. Their Policy: If they can’t recover the data, there’s no charge whatsoever. Really can't beat that. 2. Excellent Covid Safety: I called in & spoke to Simon who gave me all the info I needed over the phone, so it was a quick stop when I went in to the shop. Made social distancing really easy! 3. They’re readily available: All my phone calls were answered quickly & they were always prepared to help! I was super frazzled (having just busted my hard drive), and Simon patient and friendly as he walked me through what the next steps were. They always had the time to answer my questions & I never felt rushed. 4. The efficiency: They had recovered my data before my new hard drive arrived! 5. They know what they’re doing: Simon is well versed in all areas of his job, and I could tell he’s really passionate about what he does. I learned a ton from him & he gave me so much advice I didn’t know I needed. The way he took the time to share his knowledge in order to help me prevent losing my data ever again, just shows how much he has his customers best interest in mind. Aceon Data Recovery is my go-to company for recovering data from failed hard drives. Here’s why: Simon saved my bacon not once, but twice. The first time, I had two external hard drives that failed simultaneously because of a power cord mix-up. The second time, my Synology NAS (network attached storage) stopped working after a power outage. Both times Simon successfully recovered the precious data and transferred it on to new drives. I don’t know how he did it, but it’s clear Simon has deep knowledge about all things data and drives, and he uses top-notch tools.
