This daycare is horrible. I called earlier this week to get my son a spot in this daycar. I believe I spoke with the manager Elizabeth who is a rude woman. She was nice at first and gave me some information about the daycare but her tone completely changed when I asked to get a spot for my son. She needs to work on her people skills and learn to be nicer!

Manager Elizabeth only cares about making money. During the pandemic 2020, I asked Elizabeth if my kid could delay entry. Elizabeth denied it without consideration and replied us in a very rude way, also insist deposit can't be returned. She doesn't show much passion to child care, money is priority. As far as I know, during the covid-19, daycare could receive the funds frm government and parents are allowed to delay the entry . I m lucky my child quited this daycare.
