I called A-1 Drainage at 10:30 pm because I was packing up my parents house and I’m from out of town There was no hot water all day I Talked to Bernard He was Very Kind and walked me through Turning on the gas and lighting the pilot light My first time doing this! Yes I was Nervous! He was so patient and helpful ! After a couple of try’s it worked! Thank you so much! I will highly recommend this Company! Thank you Bernard!

I work in project management at a flood restoration company. A1 is very reliable, quick to respond and my team's choice for any plumbing or drainage needs. Their dispatcher Trinh is the best dispatcher I've dealt with out of any sub-contractor we use. Keep it up A1!
A1 did an excellent job when they installed a sump pump system 17 years ago and today were totally awesome, yet again, when they responded to my emergency call to replace the pump. And all done with a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. This is genuine service which is rarely seen today.
I don't know what we would have done without the help of A-1 Drainage Plumbing & Heating Ltd. We had a huge blockage in our sewer pipe that connects to the city's pipes....approx. 135-150 feet from our home to the road. They did more than coming to our rescue...they were an absolute delight to deal with, not stopping for one minute until this situation was resolved. They were completely professional, hard working, and got here incredibly quickly, as this was quite the emergency. I wouldn't hesitate for one second to contact them again if we have any other plumbing problems. Heartfelt thanks to Bernard and Tjaart....you are definitely heroes and incredibly appreciated!!
I had a water line leak between my house and the street. I called A-! and they were extremely helpful. The team that came to repair the leak were both courteous and professional. I have never seen a team work as hard and long doing a repair. It was a very difficult repair and the team had to some significant digging to get the repair done. To my delight they managed to do the repair with minimal damage to my yard. I would recommend A-1 to anyone they are excellent.
