I recently purchased compression stockings from this pharmacy . The service i received was absolutely exceptional . Rona the lady who was helping me went out of her way to ensure i received the correct product . she was very patient and knowledgeable . my purchase consisted of two parts. Taking measurements and ordering the correct stockings and second part was when the order arrived shortly after i went to pick it up and Rona helped me with teaching me how to safely apply the stockings . i felt very impressed by the service and the product . Thank you !

I got approached by an elderly lady on the bus yesterday who was in urgent need of a washroom. Since she was not familiar with the area I walked her to the closest place I could think of that would be able to help. Your pharmacy! To my surprise you denied to let her use your washroom due to Covid 19. Instead you told her to go to the public washroom at Lost Lagoon which is quite a distance from your location as you know. The lady I am talking about is at least 90 years old who can barely walk even with the help of a rollator that had 2 wheels only. She is all by herself and has not been in that area before! I understand the importance of hygiene during this outbreak. I understand why some washrooms are closed at the moment. But I also thought we are all in this together!? We help each other!? Especially the elderly people and the people in need!? If you would have told myself I can not use the washroom I would understand. I am young and healthy. I can cope. But that lady she could not! When I asked you if she has to pee herself now you said NOTHING! You obviously did not care! Virus or no Virus that behavior is wrong! Shame on you!!!
