Terrible customer service. I call to inquire about a service, lady answers and right after says \thank youuu\ to end the call. Wow! If I hear that businesses are struggling during COVID ONE MORE TIME ... how about you serve customers and do some work? Just a suggestion :)

I have to say, I was quite disappointed with their Customer service! They couldn’t explain what type of paper I am printing my documents on and they ended up recommending me to go to staples..
