Customer service or just respect ? I waited in line outside, in the cold, for an hour to get in and then more que to get to the teller., NOT NICE. The man behing me qued yesterday, only to be told, sorry, bank is shutting, comeback tomorrow ! And lots of other branches are closed. No thanks to Vancity, otherwise a good bank.
