When I dropped cherished goods the guy at the front near the bins was rude to me and spoke to another customer who interrupted me. I will be donating somewhere else from now on. I need to be treated fairly.

A fantastic addition to the Welland area . This Value Village looks nice and is in a great location. Lots of parking and is wheelchair easy accessible. The staff is friendly and well organized. My main problem with all Value Villages is whoever prices stuff needs to have a education on how stuff needs to be priced. On occasion there are good deals but some things are redicoulious.. I find many Dollar store items priced at 5 and above. This new location had some good pricing but then many items way over priced .. if it's donated stuff you do not have to ask for \book\ value .. that being said the new location has a fresh feel and Has potential to be one of the better ones.. Just fix the pricing.. I found 3 items all the same with 3 different prices.. ranging from 2.99 to 7.99 ..its a 2 item at Wal-Mart.

I shop here weekly, I love the thrill of the find. They’ve done a great job during the pandemic however today there were MULTIPLE customers in the store not wearing masks and removing their masks to speak to friends in the store. I understand it is not easy to enforce as people can get violent when confronted but something needs to be done to keep other customers safe.
Like most VVs, this place has lots of selection at a discounted price. Always worth a browse
