I am a regular customer of Value Village and I am always impressed by the brightness, tidyness and organization of the merchandise. I highly recommend this store for regular clothing sizes, Halloween costumes and household goods.

A big store. I was and still am looking for a rare Christmas movie Called Holiday Switch. They have a section here for just Christmas movies which the store in Cambridge does not. Unfortunately I did not find it here so the search continues. This store has a great selection of Items.

Terrible experience. Had a line up of 6 people with 1 till open and 3 other managers chatting away. It’s frustrating to wait for 10 minutes and have store leaders chatting way not prioritizing the customer experience or apologizing for the long wait the rude lady at the till
