FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY Valley Sanitation did a great job responding to our septic system backing up. Came quickly even though other companies we have used said they couldn't come for weeks. Understood our problem quickly. Diagnosed the right repair. Did the repairs well. And charge a very fair price. Big Al in particular is a great employee who is professional and personable. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

Highly recommend Valley Sanitation for pump out and advice. We needed an emergency pump out, called them as soon as they opened and they squeezed us in. Their driver also properly diagnosed what our issues was (lift pump) and advised who to call. That got resolved the following morning. Super happy with their service!
We booked a septic tank pumping. They arrived on time and performed the service very well. We will use them again
If I could give less then one star i would. Made apt for my septic to be pumped. They never showed up. I called the next day and was told that my apt was cancelled. I did not call and cancel the apt the the girl implied that was the only way it would of happen and was rude about it and said no way they could come for another 2 weeks. I was expecting a sorry and well make sure we are there first thing our mistake. Taking my business elsewhere.
