Erin, the associate who was assigned to take care of my needs had my preference already prepared and ready for me. Our experience today was amazing! Our appointment was private. Purchased a pair of sandals AS A GIFT a year ago.... Size was wrong and they were supposed to get back to me as they ”ordered one for me” It's been a year now and no one even bothered to pick up their phone... Thats a ”next level” customer service for such a brand!! Very disappointed!!!
