I started yoga classes at Metamorphosis with Liz on zoom during the summer. I noticed right away that my flexibility improved every week. I took part in the monthly pass unlimited classes to encourage me to join in 5 times a week. My posture has improved, my blood pressure has normalized and I no longer need medication. My balance is much better. I am finding it easier to walk and can get up and down off the floor with ease now and reach into the upper cupboards in my kitchen. This is so important as we age as many months of the year we are out walking on ice and snow. I had previously been getting cancer treatments and my muscle flexibility and strength had been reduced. I am so happy to be taking part in Liz's classes and seeing such positive results. Plus it's fun to see everyone on zoom during lock downs. I highly recommend the classes at Metamorphosis. I have seen a great transformation in my health.

I came to Metamorphosis at a very difficult time in my life, when I needed to regain balance and joy. Metamorphosis helped heal my body and soul in an environment where I felt safe and supported. This studio has brought something unique to the Valley. Yoga, meditation, events for seniors, creative workshops, energy healing, etc. etc. You can partake of those, bliss out, and be at home in no time. Because there is nothing more defeating than experiencing a beautiful meditation and then having to fight 30 minutes of crazy traffic to get back home.

The yoga classes are great for all skills and abilities. Liz is an amazing instructor and truly takes the time to connect with all participants. She takes the time to get to know you and works with you to get the most benefit from her classes. The classes not only helped me physically with flexibility and weight management, but also emotionally. This has become a large part of my mental health self-care and results have been seen by those around me. Truly an amazing experience!

Metamorphosis, a great place to spend \quality\ time. I have attended Art Class, Yoga, Meditation and many special classes like Sacred Dance, Chanting, Reiki, Ritual and had time just to chat with Liz I'm glad it's open virtually. The Metamorphosis yoga studio is a wonderful place for rejuvenation and self care within a nonjudgmental welcoming atmosphere.
