I needed a replacement head for our old Eureca boss central vac. When I called a very helpful polite man took the call. He listened then gave me options for what I needed. He didn't try to sell me what I didn't really need. He sold me what I needed based on the usage for the system even though it was 40 less. There was stock for what ever I chose. I drove straight there and perhaps surprised him a bit but no problem. He put together my order and I was on my way. Safety protocol was in place and the unit works great. It even has an led light! Fabulous! Thank you.

Good service. The owner is a kind and generous individual. I am personally aware of his help to less fortunate individuals. They repair and the work lasts just as long as the original part. If they give you advise on a job, it is worth considering their advise.
Quick diagnosis of my upright Dyson. Repaired in a week. Repaired was way cheaper than buying a new one. Pretty good with communication
