i have never complained about a business before. I am writing this because I am completely frustrated and disappointed. I do not know what else to do. Terry came to our place in innisfil and set traps for squirrels and mice in our attic. When it was time to check the traps I could not reach Rose (the woman who takes calls) and sets up appointments at either number given, no matter how many times I called. Three weeks or more have passed, they have our deposit snd we still have our varmints and the cages. Even when we have succeeded in leaving a message ( many times the line goes dead) no one calls back. Something is very wrong with this outfit.

I had a squirrel using my home as his home. Over a month trying to deal with it, I had screened over the opening to find it was entering through another soffit. Very determined squirrel, so many times climbing the ladder to close the entrance only to fail. I would spend hours hammering my walls to keep it out (unfinished with no drywall under renovations) to scare it off, morning and night. Soo stressful. I called Varmint control I was told the next day Terri would be here between 10 and 2. 2:00 came around and I received a call from the office telling me Terri is running late he's on his way. He arrived shortly after, set up 4 traps. 1.5 hours later it was trapped. I even trapped 2 more. I have my home back and some piece and quiet. Thank you Terri!!
Very quick, within 5 minutes, caught skunk and out to truck...no spray in house.would certainly recommend.. great sense of humour which took my unsettling nervousness away
Came and issued eviction notice to unwanted tenants, a family of red squirrels. Cute....but not when living in my roof. Humane treatment of critters and quick service. Always pleasant and patient with my questions. Thank you!
