Very efficient, polite, to-the-point and business like the officer and officers help you you to have your Nexus Card. Their greatly helping attitude and demeanour is just top class. Just in front as you enter either from gate # 28 or 29, you will find a sign board (Nexus Office) not big enough to bounce off, but quite, bright and sharply noticeable. Just follow the sign and let the officers know that you are there 15 minutes before given appointment time. You will be ushered in and will be through in 15-20 minutes. Be prepared for iris and finger printing. Nice experience for quicker security check if you are frequent flier to or through US!!
