I used to love this location when they had a receptionist and a doctor in the actual clinic. These days, there's no receptionist and the person you see in-person is actually just there to collect information about your symptoms. Once they have all your symptoms, they send it to a doctor by instant message and then you do a video call with a doctor. If I wanted to do that, I'd use an app like Akira or the Telus Health app. Not only that, the doctor who prescribed me the medication actually gave me a medication that not only didn't work but actually amplified my symptoms. I was in so much pain that I ended up having to go to another walk-in clinic to get a medication that actually worked. Do not go to this clinic if you value your time and health.

I visited during morning time. Was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Receptionist is kind and well manered and doctor is a kind soul. It was a good experience overall.

Fantastic doctors and receptionists! All staff is always super pleasant and thorough. I take my newborn there as well if need be. For a walk on clinic they are very thorough and never rush you.

Got in, and there was no one at the front desk. But, you need to sign in. After 10 minutes, a guy arrived, took my information, and told me to wait in the room (he could have been a bit nicer though). Also, all the examination rooms were very cold. The same guy came in and told me that I am going to see a doctor via video conference. What??? And then, changed his mind, and told me that two nurses, or something like that will came to examine me. Enter two young women; a medical graduate, and a girl who is training her. They asked me all the questions, and took the photo with their phone of part of my body that I had issues with (mind you, they did ask if it's ok to take the picture). Then, they called a doctor (after chatting with her in gmail), and I talked with her over the computer. She told me her opinion based on the picture, and gave me a prescription (I shouldn't have gone to the pharmacy they have there, but that is a separate review). Overall, I felt uncomfortable with the whole experience, and couldn't wait to get out. Are we doing this now? Doctors giving diagnoses via chat and iphone photos? I would have gone to another clinic, but apparently, it is hard to find one in Markham. The one that is open, first and foremost.

I went midday on a weekday and was seen by the doctor without much wait. The office and exam rooms were very clean and tidy. Best walk in experience ever, even better than my family doctor to be honest.

Good doctors and friendly staff. Typical wait time just like any other walking clinic. Also you can easily buy medicine from Walmart pharmacy. Overall good experience.

Not busy at all when I went, was attended right away, great customer service, good doctor, very patient and seemed knowledgeable, and everything was quick. I recommend them.

Visit was very positive, despite being very sick. My family doc was closed for the holidays so we needed to go to a walk-in. The doctor was very professional and thorough. There was no wait time. The receptionist was very helpful and efficient as well. My spouse and I were seen and done within 15-20 minutes.
