The public has the right to know that the Urgent Care Centre is being used as a COVID 19 testing centre AT THE SAME TIME. At the check-in, there are two lines--one for Urgent Care and one for \Cold and Flu testing\. People all wait in the same waiting room with just a chair separating each other. Nothing was cleaned the entire time I was there.

Pretty good facility, just be warned that although it is an urgent care facility, it isn't always welcome to walk in patients. I believe some days it is manditory to book appointments. Be forewarned.

My mother in law went to this urgent care centre yesterday (January 23) because she unfortunately burnt her face from cooking. They went 30mins before the closing time and was seen right away. Nurse Sherry immediately took care of my mother in law’s vitals and she was then seen by Dr. Sathiaseelan in a very timely manner. Everyone was very professional and caring. They even referred my mother in law to a plastic surgeon to make sure that she gets proper treatment after the burn. I definitely recommend this urgent care centre!

Why are you testing people for Covid in your office? Is there not a separate place for that? I was there when a nurse from the Richmond Hill hospital was there to get a rapid test because there was on outbreak on the floor she works on. The nurse who was screening her was talking loud enough for everyone to hear in the waiting room. She said, yes it sounds like you might have covid. Are you serious?? Nothing this nurse touched was cleaned or sanitized. This should not be happening

had a doctor packed a wound and it was the worst experience I've ever had. The wound had been healing for 2 weeks and this guy made it more painful than the day I just got out from the ER. Also, nurses here have attitude. They seem unwilling to answer questions.
