Beautiful home decor store in Erin Mills Town Centre. Price very fair for quality and uniqueness. The sales representative was very helpful when we called in and inquire about a glass table. She emailed her inventory, and quick with responding back. When we can came in to view the table, she was very attentive and provided excellent customer service. Hidden Gem in Erin Mills Town Centre. Highly recommend Urbanized to those seeking unique pieces for there home or staging inventory. Urbanized is our new go to store for accessories, and wall art.

It is a beautiful store with an amazing staff. You can find your taste by getting help of nice and patient staff in the store. They spend plenty of time to help you that you get satisfied when you leave the store and you get happy when you have a look with beautiful furniture in your home. I recommend to visit the store at least one time before making decision for new furniture and design in home.

Me and my wife purchased a coffee table from this so called business, this was the most unpleasant experience for us. We wanted a new table but they wanted a deposit and their policy is after 30 days if you cancel they keep your 40% deposit. What I felt they actually do is delay the order so you can only lose your deposit. In my opinion they do not have any intention of fulfilling your order, you can never leave a message because their voicemail is not setup. We ended up taking the floor model so we didn’t get ripped off. I would not waste your hard earned money, they are very deceitful and I will never use them or recommend them. Save yourself from a huge disappointment.

I bought mattress from Urbanized. The staff was very understanding & I got the firm mattress as per my need . I am happy with the price and product. Will definitely buy my living room furniture as they have very elegant & contemporary selection.

We ordered 3 piece living room set and I paid in full and after 2 months , I still did not receive the final piece. They made a mistake for the pillows and they just keep making different excuses . I suggest do not pay them until you receive the furniture that you ordered.
