From the minute we walked into the store it was a great experience. The sales staff were highly knowledgeable and very patient with our hundreds of questions. Then the delivery crew !! Can't say enough good stuff about those guys, fast careful and meticulous in placing our tub. Lastly Ben the owner who went above and beyond in assisting us after hours . If you ever need a hot tub or even just have questions this is the place to go 5 stars all the way !!!!

At the beginning we were shopping for a swim spa, but we ended up buying a Hydropool hot tub in summer of 2020 form Urban Life in Steinbach are and we are totally satisfy. The spa is fantastic, the owner himself continues to help us with our mulitple questions so that we can enjoy our spa to the maximum. We bought our cleaning products from them because they are a good price and the water quality testing is always free. Thanks to the team at Urban Life for your good services.

We recently had our hot tub serviced by Ben. He came out as soon a he could to service our hot tub. He made sure all was working before he left. We purchased our hot tub from Urban Life 5 years ago. We get all of our spa chemicals from them as well. Highly recommend!

The girls at the front are great. However we asked for their hot tub technician to call us. We had talked with him in the store and told him about our hot tub issues and were deciding what to do. We stopped in again. left a message for him to call us so we could move forward with fixing the hot tub. We waited a week for the call it never came. We went back in and saw our message was still sitting upfront with the girls. We were told he will call. Another week has gone by and still no phone call! Not impressed we wanted to move all of our hot tub business over to them but now that will not be happening. We ended up having Heinz Toews from Mapleside Electric come out and fix our hot tub. We made 1 phone call to Heinz he was here the next day! He will be getting our electrical or hot tub business.
