AVOID SHOPPING AT THE MAYFIELD BRANCH! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I Visited Mayfield branch recently and bought an accent/side table. I completed and paid for my purchase and the lady brought the box to the counter. I asked if they have a cart I can borrow as the box is awkward for me to lift going to my vehicle. She answered, "it's not that heavy." I am someone who is small built and the box is quite wide for me to lift from the counter to the parking lot. I didn't respond to what she told me as I got really annoyed with her sarcastic answer and I didn't have the energy for her attitude. I thought I'll just do a google review for this store. I left struggling to lift the heavy and awkward box to my vehicle and no one even offered to open the door for me. What if it's an older lady who purchased the table, are they going to let her lift the box herself? And they'll let the customer injure herself? That was definitely an unpleasant experience. I will avoid shopping at Urban Barn Mayfield Common. They just want your money. After they take it, you're on your own.

Very nice and clean store. The staff were very friendly and approachable. I had a couple questions regarding the furniture care and the staff were knowledgeable with their products. They also have an as is furniture section so if you are looking for a deal it will be the place to go!Definitely recommend.

We have outfitted majority furniture and decor for our house from this location. Jennifer and Coco have been so extraordinary is everything they have done. They have been very accommodating to all our needs and have helped out with our designs and visions. If you need any assistance at all, I recommend talk to Jennifer. You wont be disappointed .

I bought some fall pumpkins I wanted since late August , they were finally half price. Looking forward to using them in the fall. With only one cash and a very very slow cashier , it took at least 20 mins to pay for them, which was a little irritating , but glad I bought them.

Visited March 15th at 230- there were visibly 6 associates on the floor with two parties of customers shopping. Not one greeting- not one offered to help. Not even a glance up from the group of associates giggling near the back of the store all huddled over a ladder outing one wall deco on the wall. How you employ such useless people to service is intolerable.

I really like the dresser and bedside chests that I bought but I could do without the moldy smell coming off them. Especially as they are in the room where I sleep. This is the second purchase I have made from Urban Barn where the product reeked of mold. The first time it went away after about a week, so I'm giving it a little time. What's up with the warehouse?
