We bought our new 4Runner at Upper James Toyota from Mustafa. The purchasing process was great. The steps were smooth, everything was on time and everything was efficient. They paid attention to detail, everything that was supposed to be included was included and the vehicle was perfect. My partner and I did not end up buying the CH-R as we ended up finding a different car for our needs. However, we talked with Mustafa and our time there was greatly appreciated. He discussed in detail about the car, provided us with a detailed quote on the different trim models and gave us the opportunity to look/drive the car multiple times to make sure if it was the best car for us. He was very patient and understanding. Probably one of the best customer service experience we've experienced in Hamilton.
