One star for previously being a great source of uniform clothing. Now, it seems, standard practices include: - delivering filled orders with garments missing - not informing customer of colour change when new garment arrives in - charging a restock fee for the return of said garment A great customer service experience it was not especially when a return turned into an argument. :( All the best for the future Up the Creek. There is now zero reason to no longer order exclusively online.
