Doctors are great! Very knowledgeable. The receptionists are very rude, especially the older one. She thinks she owns the clinic. Maybe she missed her calling.

Doctors can be nice but I’ve been coming here for over three years and the reception staff is always subpar. I have a non english name and I don’t know how it’s even possible to spell my name wrong so many times and be told that I’m not in the system every time I check in because they spelled it wrong the previous time. It’s not as if it’s a long name. They are not organized and don’t ensure you have all the information you need unless you hound them to ask and they all seem like they have better things to do than to talk to the patient. Recently received a very condescending email when I was sending back some forms in which I was told to “just do whatever the pharmacist and doctor told you to do.” I wouldn’t recommend this drop in if you value your time and emotional well being.

A highly unprofessional and unethical place !Will not recommend to anyone. both Medical and Dental clinic is a joke. I saw another Dentist who at least gave me all options available unlike this place! very limited treatment facility and Dentist's knowledge seems very limited too like ancient dentistry! The Dentist is always running late and sometimes you end up waiting for literally half an hour with an unapologetic staff!

New receptionist at dental clinic is dismissive and doesn’t know how to do her job. The machines for X-ray are old and dodgy. Doctor was nice but they don’t give af about you, just want your ubc money
