Be aware that despite the google listing, the Kitchener address listed and the Kitchener phone number, this company only operates out of London. I had four telephone conversations with two different staff members and in at least three of them, I reiterated the address for pickup, that it was the Doon Village Retirement Residence on Doon Village Road in Kitchener ... at no time did anyone there tell me they don't operate in Kitchener any longer. Today, while I was waiting for them to arrive, I got a call from the truck driver who couldn't find the address in London and, of course, there was no way the company was going to be able to honour the pickup date, let alone the time. This has ended up being a costly 'misunderstanding' for me because I had to have the goods removed today and had to find a company willing to do so this afternoon or evening. I'm lucky the Residence did not charge us for removing goods after the agreed upon time. I'm sure this is a good company in LONDON but be aware THAT DESPITE LOCAL LISTINGS AND PHONE NUMBER THEY NO LONGER OPERATE IN THE KW AREA.
