I cant express how fantastic the customer service is. My order of firewood arrived well before I expected, and was delivered following all Covid protocols. I had a question about moisture content and Bob Promptly made a visit to my house to ensure the product was below the 20% moisture content they use as a standard. Ontop of that he left me with some additional firewood to make sure I was even happier. Great product and even better customer service, there is nowhere else I will ever buy firewood from again.
