Reviewing only for piercing: don’t go there. The piercer/owner works in a very unsanitary environment and don’t know what he’s doing. Pierced my lobe with very small jewelry that doesn’t alow the swelling to expend which makes the healing process more painful. I had my lobes pierced years ago and had it a bit crooked, asked to be piecing in the same spot but the guy didn’t had a professional input as far as informing me that it was crooked and pierced it anyway, I understand it was there before but a piercer of 20 years of experience should at least make the customer aware that it might not be the best spot to do it. On top of it; the guy smelled like weed, cigarette and wore sandals. Again. Not very professional. Didn’t had my money’s worth. Used to get my piercings there before (at the promenades) and I will never go back there.
I would NEVER recommend this place for piercings. I called in asking about a rook piercing was told they do it I could just drop in. Great went by about an hour later spoke to the guy at counter again said a rook piercing. Paid and the piercer came out and said a daith to the guy explaining my request I corrected them saying no rook. Went back every as normal he clamped me now when your ears clamped it’s hard to kind of tell where the pressure is coming from so no thoughts given. Well when he showed me my piercing I got a conch not a freaking rook piercing. I immediately said omg this is not what I wanted I wanted the rook. He made it seem like it was my fault this happened saying I grabbed that part of the ear when asking which i Certainly did not and said well you let me clamp and pierce you well ummm excuse me but I couldn’t tell exactly where you were working. Now I have a hole in my ear I did not want I do not have my piercing I wanted and I’m out my 50 bucks because they certainly didn’t offer to make good on their error. Also there was no forms or ANYTHING filled for the piercing no signatures nothing!!!
I got a rook piercing that is totally crooked. Go to a professional like Outaouais piercage on St Rene
