The journey selecting a grand piano with Ilya at Universal Piano Services was a very enjoyable one. Great selection of quality brands to choose from, knowledge of the pianos at hand and patience with the client is how I would describe my experience. Passion for music and respect for the instrument are clearly seen here. Customer service wise...my every calls were answered promptly, even after delivery of my piano, and that is a rarity in today’s world. A very fulfilling experience on all counts.

Ilya is definitely the kindest and most professional person to deal with. He took through the entire store on whatsapp video juat to make my daughter happy for her birthday. He had an amazing gentleman play it for us until my daughter picked one. He is a man of his word, delivery called us next day and piano was here the day after. Even the delivery company was out of this world. We owe you a lot Ilya for making everyone happy!! I will definitely tell my friends about u:-)
I needed a new piano and my parents took me to Universal Piano Services to see what they had available. Mr. Ilya was so nice and made us feel welcomed. He did not rush us and allowed me to try as many pianos as I would like. I eventually chose a unique Lomence piano and my parents were very happy with the price. The service from Mr. Ilya was excellent and the delivery was prompt. My parents were impressed with how quickly Mr. Ilya responded to all of their messages before and after buying my piano. Thank you Mr. Ilya, I love my new piano!! We will definitely highly recommend your store to any of our friends looking to buy a piano.
Ilya was great to deal with. Onsite pre inspection and estimation of our newly acquired vintage piano. Fair and honest opinions with options on what to do / how much to do. He was able to refinish an old satin grand and turned it into a polished finish. Replaced the strings and pins and turned this 50 year old Yamaha into a new one. Waiting for it to adjust to our house before tuning (included in the package). Can’t wait to try it out! Warehouse was amazing with loads of pianos!
Yesterday, I went to this place looking to purchase a new piano for my daughter. I put a 300 deposit for the piano. I thought that my daughter would like it, but it turns out she does not prefer upright pianos, but digital ones. The owner Ilya is very trustworthy and honest, and he gave us the full refund even though it was entirely our mistake. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to buy a piano to purchase a piano here.
