As owner of Alley Kat Signs, I need to rent lifts and equipment from time to time. For the most part things go great, but when something screws up you have a chance to prove your metal. United missed a delivery recently but James (Operations Manager) handled things very responsibly and professionally and I must say proved his metal to me. Would not hesitate to use United Rentals again. Well done James.
