Always willing to help and if Mike does not have the answer he will find it and get back to you. Mike will always answer his phone or if he is busy teaching will get back to you very quickly. The atmosphere in the office is always welcoming as shelly has a smile and is very knowledgeable. Love being apart of this extended family as they treat you like you are one of his kids or immediate family. Great job can't wait to see what the future brings with the brotherhood
