I brought a plaque from Athens that hangs in the Canadian Institute in Greece to add a new name to the Institute's Honour Roll. They don't do engraving anywhere I could find in Athens, so I had to bring it back to Canada. Twin City Trophies not only did the engraving for me, but they took off the metal sheet and re-engraved all the names on the new one so that the lettering would be in the same font. They charged me just the amount for adding the new name. That was going above and beyond the call of duty. Great service, and much appreciated.
