I would give a 0 star if I could ! Some of the staff were very rude and arrogant. I went for a health card renew and I have all the documents needed after two hours line up was finally my turned , but they said I have to prove I am living in Toronto. Although I tried to tell them I am a full time students in university of Toronto and I have the university enrolment , attendance and the lease all can prove I am living here . they just wouldn’t listen . They asked me go home to get my passport but when I Came back with the passport they took a look and said they don’t understand it and refused renew the health card for me . They are chatting with each other all the time through out . Terrible behaviour and work ethic ! These people shouldn’t work at that position ! I went to another location today got my health card renewed without any difficulty.

My wife and I, both seniors, visited the Centre on Tuesday 17 Nov 20. After finishing, we asked the security guard man if we can stay indoors, to wait for our vehicle to arrive. My wife is a wheel chair user and we are both old age. He refused and we had to wait outside in the cold and windy weather. The reception area was totally vacant at that time and it was inappropriate and unnecessary for us to wait in the cold.
So unprofessional ,I will never come back here again ever , the guy with a long hair is arrogant!
