Visited on Feb 9 around 7pm, serviced by a lady and she is the only one person working in store. Asked about sugar level since I dont want my drink too sweet. She said :\less or more\.Then I asked again if possible to get the min amount you could add as I expected there is a sugar level. She said:\As human being you could do less or more.\ At then end I order half sugar. NO service at all and I don't feel any welcome. Will never back to this location again.

Tiny spot right at the end of the line of restaurants and stores on Main street Unionville. They have great COVID measures in place, but it's a bit awkward ordering if there's a lot of people. They always make their drinks good and fairly fast. It's a busy location so during prime hours, expect bit of a wait. Definitely recommended!
Poor Service and they don't care about their customers The atmosphere is nice but the service is very poor Ordered a Hot Jasmine Tea and payed. She makes a cold one and I her if she could remake a hot one for me, clearly shrugging me off saying I never asked for it hot! I didn't realize I'd need to get into an argument for a hot tea on Friday night Its a real shame because they have a great location. 1/5 Stars
Love the mango diamond slush with tapioca, as well as their cozy-feel store. Their service was fast considering that the number of customets during the Unionville fest.
