So tired of this bank. I have been with them for over 20 years but obviously it is time for a change. Closed my home branch. Not even sure where I am supposed to go now. Wait time to speak with anyone is 30 mins. Can't access any manage features for my rrsp or tfsa online. So inconvenient. All of my other banks allow me to manage my funds but of course not this one. Seriously angry right now! Side note: my home branch was Alliston not Markham.
