Small storefront serving dim sum type foods for eat in at the food court or frozen for take out. Almost like a mom and pop type store though I think it's run by two sisters or cousins. Frozen Packaging of the product seems very commercialized.. stuff you'd find at the supermarket (styrofoam bottom plates with a thick plastic sealed bag). Depending on what you order this place is 3* to 4*. The lava salted egg steam bun (流沙包）is so so. Found that the filling to custard like and not enough salted egg. The bun itself was good, though a little thick at the bottom. The shrimp dumplings and scallop dumpling were good. The sizes are huge compared to some real dim sum restaurants. Filling was good - good amount of shrimp/scallop and the flavor was nice. If your in the area, worth trying. A little more expensive, but the size makes up for it.
