Will not bring my business here ever again. I had dropped off t-shirts to have the logos printed on a Friday and expected to pick them up the following Thursday (they had 6 days to complete the job). When I went to pick them up on Thursday she had not even started job! She made an excuse that she thought it was Wednesday and had told me to return at 5:30 the same day to pick up. We returned at 5:30 and she did not even have 1 shirt done.. She told me she would deliver the shirts to us for free. A week later and I have still not received the t-shirts, I emailed her today and it turns out she lost my delivery address. I had emailed her before... She could have emailed me to get the delivery address but instead she decided not to contact me at all. On top of that, we had paid full price and was not offered any discounts for the inconvenience. Very unprofessional!
ArtCreatif saved our trip!! We need to get emergency passports tomorrow and the owners of this shop stayed back after hours to take our passport photos! Not only was the photographer patient, the shop owners were welcoming and very friendly! Best of all, the prices were phenomenal!! The photos were ready within 15 minutes! I highly recommend this place for anyone that knows what top quality service is! Thank you very much & I will be sure to keep you in mind anytime I need printing done!
