This is by far the worst delivery service I've ever experienced. I understand there's a pandemic going on and delivery companies are overwhelmed, but this Chinese company is horrible with customer service. I've called them several times and I always get the same lady who has literally no life to her voice I thought it was an automated voice. When the courier tried delivering my package they claimed they called but I got no call all day. To make things worse I left my company address so clearly Saturday nobody will be in. I call for a second delivery and asked for second delivery and a week later still no delivery and they block my cell phone number after. How do I know? I called through the land line and got through customer service.

I arrived at 5:15pm waited 10 minutes. Tag says open till 7pm. I called the number also says open till 7pm. Lights are off and I can get my package. Oddly enough as I write this and I’m about walk away someone shows up to get my package. Lucky I was mad enough to stick around or else I’d have to come back. Should seriously leave a note or something this place was odd even coming to, to get my package.

I've been working in customer service industry for years. I must say their phone customer service is kind of terrible. I cant communicate properly to the receptionist. And sounded like they dont care or in a hurry. I asked how long they can keep the package I have with them. They said only 30 days or so. And for delivery again they will charge 12. I have to ask all of these since the receptionist was not offering alternatives how I can get my package. Ridiculous. Didnt even say thank you after the phone call. Now I will only trust Amazon. I wished company will choose a better delivery system. And hope this Uni Express will really cater to all our reviews. Everyone seems to have the same issues. Not great customer service, drivers not attempting to deliver packages properly etc. Its the pandemic they should aim better or else they will loose customers.
