Was a loyal customer for over a decade - OVER A DECADE.... had an issue where an alarm was going off in the house - maybe smoke alarm battery? Checked them both and once touching one it’s now “ tampered with”so service call needed- okay fine. Explained the situation - said it’s a fire/smoke alarm - and from what I saw it needed to be replaced anyway. The tech hadn’t a clue to which alarm was hard wired/ wireless to the system.....spent time doing nothing and DIDNT EVEN BRING AN ALARM TO REPLACE....... I had specifically requested a replacement - that would be another service call. Seriously? But that’s not the problem - while ther service tech was fiddling with the alarm he couldn’t understand he left the most noticeable dirt Smudge around it. We have washrooms and soap accessible....why would he pry a smoke alarm open just to leave the most noticeable mark on our ceiling. It looks horrible!!!! I’m not being picky -will happily post a picture of this. So far - numerous messages left -asking for info on our own system....no replies.....no response. Didn’t even ask to repaint the spot just wanted to have a smooth transition to another company but NOOOOOO....pure energy is unprofessional, discourteous and deceitful This is a company to be avoided at all costs
