I had my kitchen renovations done last August of this year. Ali and his team did a wonderful job. My husband and I were both very pleased. Ali is professional and very visible at the job site making sure that his team is doing the job well. He is always communicating with us on a daily basis letting us know the next steps, who is coming to do this and that etc. If we have questions or concern I let Ali know and he patiently explains things to us. The project finished within the timeline as he promised and now I have a beautiful kitchen I am very proud of. I will not hesitate to recommend Ultimate Kitchen Improvement and Renovations to my friends and relatives who is thinking of having their kitchen Reno’s done. We worked with Ultimate Kitchen and Home Reno for our kitchen remodel. The whole process was very good -- from the initial selection, to design, and installation support. Ali was patient and highly responsive. He made a great design for our kitchen, discussed all the details, noted a few options where selections could be tricky, and advised where we can save money. The ordering was very smooth and she coordinated everything with our general contractor. There were a few gotchas in the installation (unpredictable due to some appliance surprises) but Ali worked with our installer to get all of them resolved. So in the end we got exactly the kitchen we wanted.
Their Team were amazing on every level. The owner had a wonderful design eye and pretty much every single recommendation He made turned out to be 100% correct (in terms of how we'd use the cabinets, issues with choices we were considering etc.). When we had an issue with our cabinet supplier these guys went out of their way to make it right and the owner personally spent many trips to our house to ensure things had been taken care of. I definitely would recommend them for a remodel.
