It is rare these days to encounter a company that exceeds expectations in all areas. Ultimate Bath Systems, from the initial contact to the finished work was a pleasure to deal with and their costs were very reasonable. A competitor quoted 2,000 more for installing acrylic walls over the old shower tiles, a much lesser job. Danny and co-worker Darryl, were professional, friendly, experienced and willingly provided services beyond the original scope of the job. They removed the old tile, doors and partial walls and transformed the shower stall into a beautiful, bright and easily maintained shower enclosure in two days. Demolition work was done with minimum disruption and clean-up was thorough. We are impressed by the quality of the workmanship and the “can do” attitude. We have no hesitation in recommending Ultimate Bath Systems.

We used Ultimate Bath Systems for a bathtub renovation. They were very quick to provide a quote and were able to get to our project in a reasonable time period. The project took a day and they were on time, provided a great service and communicated thoroughly throughout the project. We would highly recommend to others!!
After trying several time with no success at the beginning of the year (January and February) to receive a quote, I tried one more time within the last month. Finally, an appointment was set for the estimator to come out yesterday. I re-arranged my work day to be available and then waited. He never showed up. I never received a call or email explaining that he'd be late or apologizing for the error. Terrible customer service.
Ultimate Bath Systems came to my rescue during these stressful covid times. My kitchen ceiling had water leaking through it from my bathroom. The stress of dealing with contractors, choosing a tub, shower, tiles etc ., with the stores being closed, sent me into panic mode. I contacted Ultimate Bath Systems, and after a few emails going over options a beautiful choice was made. I love my new bath tub and shower. Everyone from the office staff to the contractors are so wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend them.
So I got my bathroom gutted and was happy with the end result but to be honest there were a few mix ups and issues on UBS side that if I never said anything would have been an issue.... was not happy having to almost baby sit the contractors and keep having to ask are u doing this... well this should be replaced so on and so on... I really want to give this 4 or even 5 stars but again.... having to go back and forth almost every day with UBS main office or the contractors every day... not great... but as I said in the end I do like the end result... for the most part
