Super disappointed in the service I received as an online customer at UGG. First, they lost the product I ordered in November as a Christmas gift and didn't contact me about it until I reached out to them first. Secondly, they did not respond to my emails requesting to have a replacement product sent. Thirdly, when I called them to request a re-delivery, they told me that the item I ordered was out of stock and that they could not restock it before the holidays. They said the only other item they offered at the same price point could be delivered by earliest late January to February, which is ridiculous because their website specified a date in December in order to "get your gift delivered before Dec 25th" and this conversation was happening before the date. I brought that up to the assistant and she said that the information on the website is incorrect and that they cannot guarantee anything. The phone call was extremely unprofessional and the assistant didn't offer any compensation or extra store credit for the experience. The assistant also didn't even apologize for the inconvenience and was rude. Also, the website should not be advertising to get an order in for a shipment before a certain date if you cannot guarantee that promise. Extremely disappointed in UGG & will not be ordering again.

The last 2 visits to Yorkdale I did not leave empty handed. With the cooler weather settling in Ugg is my go to for warm feet. Thank you Brian (Mo) for the fun experience both times!

I walked in there in my work uniform..I do construction..I was dirty..they were very receptive and helpful...I baught the best for my money and left happy.

They do not answer the phone when you call ever. I made about 10 calls in the 3 days and no one got back to me. Don’t waste your time. You either have to show up and hope you’re looking for is there or waste your travel time. Please answer the phones when customers are calling. Otherwise why bother have a phone line.

Today 30th Oct 2020 i visited your yorkdale location around 12 pm waited in line for 25 mins. When i entered the store no one acknowledged me i proceed to look for my boots tried on the boot i selected no one came to ask me what size i wanted. Meanwhile customers that came after me were tended to while i was completely ignored dont know if i was to dressed down thats why i didnt receive any attention. Earlier approximate date 17th Aug 2020 i purchased the W Adirondack III Boots salesman was Shavon and he was the only reason I returned today but after the blatant disrespect I wont be shopping at this location again.
